Delivery

Pick Up From School - Free (Available Soon)
Customers now have the option of picking up their orders from the school.
Orders are delivered to the school on the first Monday of every month.
Simply take your order confirmation to the school with a form of ID (Drivers license or credit card).
This service is free.

Pick Up From Store - Free
Step 1: Place your order online. As part of the checkout process, you will be asked to fill out certain details.
Step 2: Upon receiving your order, we will contact you via a phone call or text message informing you of the progress of your order.
Step 3: When your order is ready for collection, we kindly ask that you bring with you a form of ID (Email confirmation, drivers license or the credit card you paid with).
This service is free.

UK Mainland Delivery - Free
Any orders which are £50.00 or over qualify for free delivery to any UK Mainland address. (Subject to availability).
Order will be dispatched upon receipt of your payment.
This service takes up to 3-5 working days


Special Next Day Delivery - £6.95
This is Special Next Day Delivery for any orders placed online before 2pm. (Subject to availability).
We will dispatch the order to your address upon receipt of your payment.
Any orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next working day.
Your order can be tracked through the courier.

Standard UK Mainland Shipping - £3.95
Standard shipping to any UK Mainland address will take between 3-5 working days. (Subject to availability).
We will dispatch the order to your address upon receiving payment.
This service cannot be tracked.

Where is my order?
We use a variety of parcel delivery services.
Some services provide an online tracking facility.
If your parcel has been shipped using this service, we will email you the tracking number as soon as the item(s) have been dispatched.
If your order does not have a tracking number, you can call or email us for further information.

Payment

We accept payment for orders by Credit or Debit Card.
Your Payment Card is debited at the time of placing your order and a password may be required.
This is an additional security measure requested by your card provider.
All transaction information passed between our website is encrypted using the latest international security standards.
No cardholder information is stored on our servers.

Refunds, Returns & Exchange Policy

If you are contracting as a consumer and if for any reason you are unhappy with any school uniform item, you can return the item to us in its original condition within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Unfortunately we do not pay for or reimburse customers for any returns cost. The customer must pay the cost for returning the item(s).

If you require a replacement school uniform item, we would advise you to make a separate order online since this will ensure the fastest delivery time.

How To Return Your Item(s)

1. Return the school uniform item using the ‘Delivery Note’ included with your order, indicating the reason for return.

Details for how to complete the information are on the reverse side of the delivery note .
If you do not have the original ‘Delivery Note’, please send the details below with your returned item(s);

  • Your name and address

  • Your order number

  • Your email address

  • Reason for return.


You MUST include the above details with the item(s) you are returning, without them we are unable to identify who the return is from and process a credit.

2. Wrap the school uniform item securely in appropriate packaging.

3. We recommend that you take the items for return to the Post Office.
You will be able to choose a delivery option.
Tracked services will cost more.
We advise if you return items by standard delivery, you ask for a Proof of Postage Receipt.

4. We will notify you via email when we have processed your return and refunded your money.
This may take up to 10 working days from our receipt of the returned item.
Refunds will be made to the card used where you have paid by credit / debit card.


DELIVERED INCORRECT, DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED GOODS

In the unlikely event that you receive School Uniform items which are incorrect, damaged or defective, we shall replace or repair the item(s) in question, or refund to you the amount you paid for the School Uniform items.
However you must notify us of the problem by emailing info@designschooluniform.co.uk within 3 working days of delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights if you are contracting as a consumer.
